Delegate Hornbuckle moves to amend Com Sub of Com Sub for HB4784 on page 3, section 6b, line 43, following the number "§1400Z", by striking out the period, inserting a colon and the following proviso:

"Provided, That prior to submitting a nomination of any census tract for designation as a qualified opportunity zone, the Governor shall consult with the elected members of the Legislature representing the district in which the tract is located."
